Embreli ("Embreli," "we," "us," or "our") is based in Arizona and provides technology and AI coaching services to individuals, and enrichment programs to senior living communities. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
- Contact information you give us, such as your name, email, phone number, and mailing address, when you book a consultation, subscribe to a plan, or contact us.
- Billing information processed by our payment provider (Stripe) when you subscribe to a plan. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.
- Scheduling information processed by our booking provider (Cal.com) when you book a session with us.
- Communications you send us by email, text, or during coaching sessions, including notes we take to personalize your learning plan.
- Website usage data, such as pages visited and general location (city/region), collected automatically through standard analytics tools.
3. How we use your information
- To schedule and deliver coaching sessions and enrichment programs
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To communicate with you about your plan, sessions, or account
- To improve our coaching curriculum and website
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. How we share your information
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — such as our payment processor (Stripe), scheduling tool (Cal.com), and email provider — and only to the extent needed for them to perform their service. If you're enrolled through a senior living community partnership, we may share program participation and progress summaries with your community's designated staff contact, as outlined in that partnership agreement.
5. Your privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you and how it's used
- Request a copy of that information
- Request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Our services are designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
